Frequently Asked Questions
What is Another Dimension?
Another Dimension is a curated platform dedicated to presenting immersive digital-origin art as collectible fine art objects. We partner with select artists to elevate digital work within fine art markets through disciplined scarcity, serious presentation, and clear authenticity.
What kinds of works do you offer?
We offer editioned works by select digital-origin artists and from the Studio Collection as collectible wall pieces, including Open Editions, Limited Editions, and Artist Proofs. Materials vary by release—some are full acrylic prints, others are high-resolution prints mounted with acrylic—and each listing specifies the construction details, edition structure, and whether it includes a certificate of authenticity.
What is the difference between Open Editions and Limited Editions?
Open Editions are not restricted by a fixed edition size and are produced to order using the same premium printing and presentation standards as Limited Editions. They may be retired at any time but do not include edition numbering or certificates of authenticity.
Limited Editions are produced in defined, finite quantities and clearly state the edition size for each release. They include edition numbering on the artwork and are accompanied by matching certificates of authenticity, offering a higher level of scarcity and documentation for collectors.
What does edition size mean?
Edition size is the total number of works that will ever be produced of a specific image within that edition.
If an image has a limited edition of 50, only 50 numbered works of that image will be produced in total, across all sizes. Each numbered work can be produced in the size chosen by the collector at the time of purchase.
What are Artist Proofs?
Artist Proofs are a small number of additional works of an image that sit outside the limited edition.
They are identified as “AP” rather than with a limited-edition number. In our program, Artist Proofs are produced in exceptionally small quantities using our highest-grade, museum-level production process, offering the most scarce and elevated expression of a given work.
What is a Certificate of Authenticity?
A Certificate of Authenticity is a document that confirms an artwork is genuine and records its place within a limited edition.
All Limited Editions and Artist Proofs include a Certificate of Authenticity listing the artist’s name, the title of the artwork, and the edition number for that specific piece. Open Editions and Studio Collection works do not include Certificates of Authenticity.
What materials and process do you use for your acrylic works?
Our acrylic works are produced using a professional fine art process that pairs high‑resolution imagery with premium, UV‑resistant acrylic to create a luminous surface, rich color, and clean detail. When properly handled and installed, this construction offers strong fade resistance and is designed for long‑term display.
Limited Editions and Open Editions use the same premium acrylic printing and presentation standards. Artist Proofs are produced in exceptionally small quantities to an even higher, gallery‑grade standard, with enhanced materials, documentation, and fabrication care.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. If you are located elsewhere and are interested in a piece, please contact us to discuss possible shipping arrangements.
How long will my order take to ship?
Each piece is produced to order. For most orders, you can expect delivery within approximately 4 - 6 weeks from the time your order is placed. This estimate includes production, handling, and shipping, and may vary slightly based on your location and the carrier.
Do you provide tracking for shipments?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
How are the artworks packaged for shipping?
Acrylic works are packed in protective materials designed to help prevent damage during transit. Packaging details may vary by size and destination, but every piece is shipped with ample padding and structural support so it can travel safely.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can help. Keep all original packaging and take clear photos of both the artwork and the packaging so we can review the issue with our production and shipping partners.
Once we have this information, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or another suitable remedy depending on the circumstances.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for our artworks, as each piece is custom made to order. If there is a problem with your order—such as damage in transit or a production issue—please contact us so we can review the situation with you and determine the best way to help.
